What is Callio?
Callio is a simple, flexible wireless call system designed for hospitality, leisure and retail. Each small tabletop button gives guests four clear actions — Call, Order, Pay and Cancel — so they can request help without waving, waiting or walking to the counter.
When a guest presses a button, the request is sent instantly to the staff's wristwatch receiver and the manager's monitor. The right team member sees the table number and request type in seconds, so nothing gets missed and service feels effortless.

The waiter's watch
A 1.44″ colour display shows the table number and request type the instant a guest presses. Vibration and volume are adjustable, multiple watches can be paired to one system, and it charges on the included magnetic dock.
Extend your system
Two add-ons take Callio from a single floor to a whole venue — a range booster that relays presses from terraces, cellars and upper floors, and a manager's monitor that puts every open call on the wall.
€100Plug it into any socket and it repeats every button press onward, doubling coverage through thick walls, across terraces and between floors. Chain up to four boosters per venue.

Guests press one of four buttons on a discreet tabletop device — Call, Order, Pay or Cancel. The request is sent wirelessly to your staff's WW-1 watches and appears on the MM-1 Manager's Monitor, so the right person responds instantly.
Callio uses its own 433.92 MHz wireless network between buttons, watches and the base station. An internet connection is only needed for the cloud dashboard and analytics.
The standard range is up to 800 metres line-of-sight. For larger venues, terraces, cellars or upper floors, add the RB-1 Range Booster to extend coverage another 800 metres per unit.
Every setup includes the CB-4B buttons, WW-1 server watches, MM-1 Manager's Monitor, cloud dashboard and email support. Hardware is included — there are no separate installation costs.
The CB-4B button runs on a standard CR2032 coin cell and typically lasts 12–18 months with normal use. The WW-1 watch is rechargeable and lasts a full service shift on one charge.
